Rubbish.. Seth is not looking to be CEO. From all accounts he helped Berman in the past. Seth could have accepted Berman's bribes of shares and screwed TAUG shareholders and been done with this whole situation. He could have easily devoted all his other time to the 2 other lucrative situations he is involved in but spends 80% of his time on TAUG.
And as far as that e-cig company you keep referencing from what I was told that was not his "deal" or whatever you choose to call it. He was asked to be on the BOD. I don't know why it went south but he stayed around to pay off the debt to cede control to another company. He could have let it go bankrupt but he didn't.
His time most likely would be better off spent on his other projects, i bought one and I am up 50% in less than 60 days with the sky as the upside.
Like Johnny has been saying, Seth is back to his roots and did not know some of these people were sleazes, especially Berman.
