lol. Utterly ridiculous. There have not been any improvements to the plant. Storing non-working machinery there does not constitute an improvement. The building stands wide open to the elements. It is protected by a single padlock on the gate because there is nothing there to protect.

The Boom Bros will not lose and they will not settle. Who cares if IFUS continues to sell it's 41 cents per day of bagasse? Tell WaWa to open a lemonade stand. It would be a quick way to increase sales 10 times over.
