They knew the stock would be going up, the later they buy, the more money they have to pay. If they bought at 0.0003 or 0.0009 when a lot of cheap shares were available, the cost would be much cheaper than now. If they start to buy now, they will push the price high and will have to spend maybe over 100 times more than if they had bought at 0.0003.
