Are you saying that you missed the fact that they updated their estimated date for ph 3 trial data to November? Or the fact that unless they are lying, that negates all the claims that the trial has been under-enrolled and hence will take another year or two, and/or that the company 'know' that the trial has failed and have just been pretending that it was really ongoing?

The market has a way of being really slow to catch on to significance of things like the MFN abolition announcement or this indirect announcement - maybe they need to PR this update - but the biggest FUD claims are blown away by this. Again that's so long as you don't think they are playing games and/or lying about their actual expectations. From the current pps we should not have to wait until the actual results are announced to get a very big bounce from this very assuring announcement. It could take a couple days or maybe even another news to go along with this but this news alone should be worth a $1 stock price at absolute minimum.
