The deal was an off take agreement where we may not get anything, unless the mine produced gold. Who knows how much gold was in the ground? So Norat had to do an analysis of the land and this is the report.

Paul Norat did all the DD he could. He was just trying to save our investment and make the deal happen. If peeps let up on him, he may be able to answer his phone calls for future clients with peace and not be stressed out about all the BS calls. All in my opinion.
