Many things are weird, Super, I agree with you and I believe it's because some wish only to refer to the past. The reality is shining through with the quantity on the bid.

As to your last part, I do; I did; he wouldn't; and that was more revealing than if he did. . . .

The truth, plain and simple:
50 countries OTC;
Boots, owned by Walgreens 100%;
ActiPatch now on shelves in 4,000 stores plus online;
B. Braun / BIEL joint application to NHS for addition to tariff;
Braun studied internally before app and went green;
NHS obviously dependent on Oxford back pain Trial - now complete;
FDA - denied OTC 7 years ago.....;
Then hired PEMF scientists;
Changed name to SWT;
Issued Final Order reclassifying from Class III to Class II
BIEL makes earlier 510(k) submission for OTC clearance USA;
BIEL still ahead of the pack;
Today is FDA Day 415 since Aug 26, 2015 receipt and clock start;
BIEL has leading pharma and FDA legal firm on board;
FDA still moving creatively by accepting RWD Real World Data;
BIEL has been diluting stock in revolving finance model as advised it would; and
None of this is news . . . . except.

BIEL continues to dilute stock in revolving credit model, despite missing some SEC filings early on;
BIEL terminated a 3rd party legal service provider who misled BIEL and others about being a member of the bar;
BIEL had SEC alleging impropriety re 2 shipments in 2008 or 2009 that were billed ahead of shipment - the truth of those 2 shipments makes it laughable;
The SEC issues are being adjudicated by one of the best SEC Judges ever, Hizonor knows the score;
SEC was misled by the jilted not lawyer, who also has a past easily viewed on the web;

BIEL management is to be commended and rewarded for learning the FDA game and staying the course;
>1Million devices in users hands;
> 3/4 Billion treatment hours;
Not one negative side-effect, ever;
Efficacy numbers off the charts when compared to drugs;
Double T$unami waiting for a day to happen . . . soon
All been said.

Oooops, p.s. Someone or something has been buying 100's of millions of shares for 3 years +;
Who and why?; and
Who would not want to be left behind in a changing pain management market?
Now, all been said . . . . soon
