As a first step, we must restore our belief in ourselves. We are a generous people so why can't we be generous with each other? We need to take to heart the words spoken by Thomas Jefferson: Let us restore the social intercourse"Let us restore to social intercourse that harmony and that affection without which liberty and even life are but dreary things." A nation is formed by the willingness of each of us to share in the responsibility for upholding the common good. A government is invigorated when each one of us is willing to participate in shaping the future of this nation.

In this election year we must define the common good and begin again to shape a common future. Let each person do his or her part. If one citizen is unwilling to participate, all of us are going to suffer. For the American idea, though it is shared by all of us, is realized in each one of us.

Seems as if nothing much changes, republicans always dumb and hateful! .... impossible to talk to..

To those people who have no jobs and To those who do NOT make enough Money to live as you would like to do. Stop voting for republicans all the time .. look you dumb folks! .. CRIPES! You've had a republican house for seven years and a republican senate for one year and damn close for TWO! .. and YOU can't change things the way you want? .. what bullshit! .. . I can't believe that the people who vote for you are this dumb .. I really really can't ..! ..And no, I can't talk to you .. I can't talk to people who do not live in the REAL WORLD .. the world of reality. You want to live in some place you make up as you go .. well you've done it and it has got you just that .. NOTHING, but a bunch of crying babies wanting the gov.. to provide a job for them .. yet they hate the gov ..so of course they won't take a gov .. job .. .LOLOLOLOL .........boy you republicans really got yourself in a mess! ... yes, some dems feel as you do .. Some will grow out of it ...some won't, that's life ...

And we can't forget, How many years did republicans rule the house when bush was president ? ... SIX or SEVEN? ... ah! .. you have no excuse!

But .. The republican CHUMPS will still vote for them, they're steady that way ..."do nothing you got my vote" says the conservatives ..
