My $.02...as far as the shareholder meeting goes, big news with it may be released by Monday. If they want shareholders to vote on big stuff, they'll have to announce it on the 17th so when people mail in their proxy cards, they get the chance to vote on it. If they wait long after, everybody who mailed their cards early won't get a vote.

Unless as some have mentioned, everything is a done deal and they just want to make some announcements.

Either way, I'm excited!
