Uplisting will take place, mostly because outside agents have the responsibility to accomplish it.
However, I have become very disappointed with the companies transparency and a lack of effective communication to shareholders and the public comparing these past six months with the previous six or more months. They have failed me as an investor.
I realize that my 24,000 shares has become not only " dead money ", but eroding investment capital.
Each time there has been a Reverse Split, the issuance of new shares, and issuance of warrants, the ownership of the company is growing in the hands of a small group, and we who were more prominent are now minor stake holders. Even though illegal, I do suspect that the bigger hands have more insight then any on this board.
The company needs to issue updates. If a trial timeline was changed or missed, that is significant to me.
In short, I am an owner among others and I want to know what my company is doing, both operationally and financially.
The mild board cheerleaders here, offer no details, no specifics, just tranquilizing words and opinions.
We ought to expect more. In the last analysis, this is business and not a club house.
