Bucklo will not rule on CCGI motion to dismiss JNSH claim until both parties exhaust the settlement talks. Some think this is a good thing, that it shows CCGI is trying to offer something of value to JNSH. I hope this is true. But I really don't think CCGI has anything to offer seeing they are bleeding money because they are run CCGI like an ATM for FARKAS and his so called investment buddies. I think this is just another well planned delay tactic from CCGI. We will be back in judge Buckle court room were I feel she will slam CCGI and this will drag on for another 18-24 month only to give JNSH CCGI's assets seeing they have no money. The only way CCGI can stop this from happening is to make Brian an offer that makes JNSH whole. I just don't see at this time that CCGI has anything to offer thats why we will be back in Bucklo court room. Brace yourself JNSH will get CCGI's assets but not for another 2 years JMO. You just have to love our justice system
