Yes the share structure is stupid low for a price in the sub .01. They may play some games still today or even tomorrow but one would think unless they are just going to dilute this company down the drain that this should at least see .02-.05 with a OS less than 100M or even less than 40M.

The actual company itself seems pretty legitimate as well. Maybe the 3.207M was a cross trade yesterday to a pre-arranged buyer who is setting the stage for a promo style run with news flow etc.

Does it make sense for the company to dump the entire 13G in 1 day without trying to boost the share price with news? No. I think a big run may be in the offing.
