Glad you got some recovery, after a long and very frustrating wait!

If you invest in MAXD in the future, I would recommend you do so on speculation-free news only. If something big like a settlement happens, after a formal announcement you should be able to get in early enough to make a profit. Just keep a close eye to see if an opportunity does come up in the future.
