Years pass...They still don't have financials/documents in order!

Financial requirements to exit pinks are soooooo mysterious. Not! No problem with the end-run to strip shareholders' rights. Yet the timeline for getting of the Pinks remains unknown. It is such a comfort to hear them continue to say they are working toward a national market.

I've been through plenty of reverse splits before and management actually knew what they needed to do and when it would happen. They also knew EXACTLY where the direct move from the Pinks would take them and it was considered material information and therefore released to the shareholders.

With Virtra, years go by and they still won't say when it will happen, or even the precise market on which they will initially land if they do actually make it off the Pinks one day in the distant future.

Gee, I wonder why shareholders tried to retain their voting rights in the past.
