I had always believed that was the case with a low level lawyer (like a flunky). But in this case, some of these lawyers used to also for the FDA.

I understand your point, however, in this case I will stay with my gut feeling because if the lack of a better answer.

I believe this is too important an issue to "play lawyer games" about. This will truly change the way the world heals pain and deals with inflammation IMO.
