Judge Ungora was quite clear. This was not a case of Adelstein simply being misled. This, as the Judge stated in writing, was a case where the defendant, (that would be WaWa Walthers) intentionally tried to defraud Adelstein.

The original State case will result in yet another judgment in favor of Adelstein. MW's silly, filed at the last minute State case will be thrown out of court.

it is simply foolishness to deny these realities.
