Yikes! Just got off the phone with AMRN IR (Gene?), told him about all MD Medicare Part D providers dropping V from T2 or T3 to T4 for 2017, that I was worried about the impact on V sales next year if this is widespread, and he had not heard about this from anyone before. Didn't sound like he was experience either - mumbled something about their pharmacy benefit managers, said they're the ones who need to deal with this, I said that's why I'm calling you dude! Said he'd pass the info along and get back to me.

C'mon folks - check your insurance coverage for 2017, and if V has been dropped to T4 or dropped entirely, get on the phone to AMRN so they get a better feel for how bad this may get next year (lower sales), so they can approach PBM's and try to get the decisions reversed.
