There is no corporation here, no employees, no business location or license.

It's a zombie stock ticker apart of a bigger scam (The NTEK scam).

NTEK owners were told they will receive shares in NTGL as a dividend more then a year and a half ago. They didn't receive any stock dividend and never will.

NTGL = A scam within a scam.
