First, there never was a forensic accountant involved. I personally know 8 of the nationally accepted firms. I associate with several others....part of what I do.
The two guys who reviewing these docs.....one is a tax guy, looking at his credentials he's got 5 years at H&R Block....can't even spell forensic....maybe with help. The other guy has 49 years experience in accounting....is a CPA but has zero background working with or even around law enforcement. He did have a private firm.....for 3 years....oh yeah he can spell forensic but he can't do it.
And these guys are going to "be there in the court room?" Please do. Take a front row seat! But let's see....to what shall they testify to? Its laughable to even think. How will they be presented? "Your honor we'd like to call the non forensics to testify, waste everyone's time and accomplish absolutely nothing?" They wouldn't make it past their "expertise." "Your honor I have 5 years experience at H&R Block, first 3 as a gopher, 4th as the 1040EZ and last year promoted to long form assistant..." The next guy "I'm a CPA, but honestly your honor, there were only two pages-nothing unusual."
Credible? You should see their report of their findings...good luck with that.
Second. As I've said before, the courts will not weigh heavy on this. They have bigger issues to discuss and the attention.....will be directed at the boot boys illegal actions.
Last point. In many cases (as our esteemed goofballs have tried), the law isn't always about right, wrong law and all that. It's more about strategy. Example? The bunglers made several motions in an attempt to financially ruin Ifus. As we can see, it didn't work. All along the bungle boys never realized they were setting themselves up. And they did it all themselves. The crimes they've committed are real and they're documented. The hunter is and always has been the hunted. I'd say that's "brilliant!"
As an Alaskan Hunter we have a saying "went in loaded for bear and came out gutted." This applies in this case.
So good luck boot boys. How does it feel to know all your hard corruption failed. All your devious schemes now exposed and in 55 days or so your going down!
But! As I've said....it's not over then. There's another game in play. And EVERYONE involved will have a chance to play. 55 days....It'll be a very Merry Christmas for the shareholders.
