Of the $500k left in convertible debt, which much of it has already been converted, the note-holders would have had a lot of voting power with such a low O/S. if you look at some of the bio techs out there, the share price has been wrecked because toxic financiers took over control of the company. Just look at Amarantus AMB*. Magna put them in a chokehold
