My read was that they irrevocably waived their right to convert pre-R/S warrants or preferred shares, because the post R/S valuations would no longer have made any sense. It was not clear in my brief look at the filing that they waived their voting rights, just the monetary claim was nullified by the effect of several past R/S's. Anyone in possession of the hard facts please correct me or clarify.
