Depends upon your definition of "here". Is Wellington still a going concern, with employees and all that jazz? Affirmative. Is Wellington still taking GNID's calls? If there is time left under the fees that they've paid, yes. Is Wellington actively arranging bridge and other financing to get the company out of its disastrous liquidity crisis? IMO, no, it's not possible, and may never have been the original intention. You will soon see a flood of shares/warrants hitting the market, further signifying that the problems here are epic, again, all imo.
