A fair question, I think of us do and have questioned the action and judgement calls of the CEO/company's execution?

For myself, see my prior post in regards his handling of the pilot plant announcement 2014 to 2015. See my questioning him here on I HUB and direct by phone why when the stock was in the 50 cent range that he didn't at that time raise the funds necessary to fund all of Mantra projects.

I would ask the same question to others, but from the other side. What will it take for the perpetual cheerleaders to start to truly question the CEO/company's execution, ability, and strategy?

When you look at what he has and has not done look at the whole picture not just snapshots in time. When he took a company from sub pennies to 70 cents he was a genius when that same company returned to sub pennies he is incompetent.

Fact is he started with an idea (ONE ERC patent) and not much of anything else. From that he established collaborating partners(such as 3M, Alstom, GE, Lafarge among many others), built name recognition of Mantra's technology among their technology related peers, worked and established relationships with several governments (North Korea, Canada, US, European Union, Australia, and China) and grew the company by adding additional patents and technologies (MRFC and energy storage) with very limited resources.

The GE/Mantra agreement has 2 years left to run why don't we hold off judgement til then to determine what kind of CEO he is.
