So they can't pay their creditors, don't plan to file bankruptcy, however since they are not able to satisfy the debt holders then one may force them into bankruptcy. That is a huge dark shadow over the stock that makes a person apprehensive at holding any significant amount of shares over night.
It may be hard for this stock to grow legs and run in the short term and I say short term because they said all they had available to share yesterday so it is likely to be another month or two before any new developments and the license court date is set for March 2017 and that is a very long ways off.
