I found the purchase agreement and what I was asking for yesterday. It was an attachment to Doc 51.

Purchase price is $225,000... 50,000 grand at closing and payments of 9,722.22 a month. That's 97 million shares a month to cover that alone... The toxic lenders may have some more competition from insiders. I'm sure their working on a pump to help the lenders unload shares. They usually have some sort of agreement otherwise they would not risk loaning money to a dead penny stock with little volume to sell into.

Order for Bankruptcy plan... The court will be keeping an eye on those monthly payments.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that should the purchaser of the Property as set forth in the Purchase Agreement attached to the Motion to Sell (Docket #55), and as approved by this Court in the Agreed Order Granting Motion to Sell (Docket #71), fail to
make all payments as required by that agreement, and the corresponding Note and Mortgage established therein, the Debtor will, within ninety (90) days, take any and action necessary to collect and enforce the Note and Mortgage. The Court shall retain jurisdiction over the sale, and all subsequent actions to enforce the Note and Mortgage pursuant to that agreement.
