Junk, I believe if that was true Larry would have cash out several million shares when the price was in the 49 to 70 cents ranges and just authorize himself new shares.

Larry just has to keep the lights on and he can justify his salary and his wife's too.

Lets say they make together 250,000 a year total. If he would have sold a mere 5 million shares when the average was around 50 cents, he and wife would have made more then they will make in TEN YEARS.
