Price didn't fall below $0.001 until mid-Aug

Given nearly 50% on average lower stock price in addition to expected significant legal expenses suggest the estimate of
650M shares is well below what will be realized.

SWAG at about 1B additional shares floated to cover historical operating expenses and the additional legal expenses with reduced valued shares.

You could be correct, and I thought about the lower price, but BIEL was at $0.0006 - $0.0008 during much of 1Q/16, and for the first half of 3Q/16, it was at $0.001, or more. Three of the 70M (or higher) days, totaling nearly 350M shares, were days when BIEL closed at $0.001.

That's why I went with 650M at the high end.
