goblue ... the number I call is 800-435-9050. They ask for my account number and some form of identification (date of birth, mother's maiden name, phone no., mailing address, etc.), then they answer questions....different person every time (I believe it is the team my account is handled by). They
have access to most if not all of the reporting services and will look up the information and read the report to you. I have never tried to get the info. thru the main number (the one you listed).
