October 17th: California Hearing (Motion to strike) DB-FDIC-JPM ...corrected thanks to CSNY
October 28th: WMILT Claims Trial Closing Arguments
November 8th: USA Elections
December 9th: KKR 1st entry announcement (3rd year)
December 31st: KKR can short WMIH from that point forward

Just for clarification, this means KKR theoretically can start shorting on Monday morning - January 2nd 2017 (Even though it would be a very dubious tactic as they would also be hurting the $600 Million dollar investment they and their clients made. I know if I were a large institutional investor, I would NEVER use KKR's financial services again IF they shorted a stock they convinced me to invest hundreds of millions of dollars into). JUST SAYIN, makes no long term business sense imo

And if I'm not mistaken, that "shorting clause" was written into the initial contract, about a year before KKR's "new deal" with CiTi Group helping to invest $600 Million. We do not even know for sure IF the "shorting clause" carries over to the new investment contract (doubtful in my opinion - and being used as a scare tactic by certain parties).
