Look NW as stayed quiet for a very long time, quite patient if you ask me.
Within the last 2 weeks a bunch of price movement with a little news.
Do you think NW is just sitting around twirling his fingers doing nothing or always thinking how can he turn a bad situation into a good one.
Now the filing of this form.
It has to be good, it has to be money coming back in.
He isn't going to announce his intentions prior to it but he is going to file all the right forms in which to effectuate his goal.
My gut says positive based on all that has happened.
But one thing we do know is that a company spokesman said "NO" shares were sold during the big volume trading, so that is something that cannot be ignored.
