does anyone know if they are doing a private placement currently?

cash on hand with a current burn rate approx 300k/mo good until Feb 2017

last time around it was a mix of accredited individual investors and LPC

based on the fact that the confidence level is high that a game changing proto will be unveiled before the end of 2016, I would expect the share price to be doing better currently, if you watch the time & sales daily recently it appears that the larger volume trades are earlier in the day and at higher prices, and the later in the day trades are of smaller volume and lower price, if LPC agreement is being tapped, it is possible that they are "working" the price to their benefit as previously discussed here, the reg sho list has fairly consistently shown LWLG as being victim to selling of non-existent shares, this is illegal and the SEC had cracked down on this practice a handful of years ago and the list had dwindled to almost nothing, but now it is pages and pages of companies again, I think Tom/Jim should contact the SEC about this
