I see it quite differently as I think others may as well. First I don't look at MW's information as stories that I'd have to see through. I see a legit business plan without enormous potential. Information Marc posts aee consistent with the performance of this plan. What a CEO is supposed to do. Looking at the court records and the depositions, the bungling brothers also saw and accepted this plan, so they know it's potential. Why would they go after Ifus if hey didn't believe in its potential. Their strategy to take over the company failed and thus their strategic business objective failed.

Second, I don't "have" to do anything. I find that comment insulting. My DD is solid and I think the bb's was too (considering their actions). I've reviewed everything through executive eyes...as an executive. I'm sure my investment is safe.

The rest is fodder. Honestly I belive Marc. If he says he doesn't read the blogs...then I trust that.

As an investor I take pride in my DD as it's quite in depth and quite comprehensive. My DD has served me very well.

Let's look at this from that perspective. These law suits...nothing to worry about. It's almost over. December 5 is 7 weeks away. Then we move on to bigger business.

Can't speak for other investors but i would say many feel the same. I won't sell another share.
