Wrong! Depositions are not confidential. Taug's can most certainly post the transcripts and discovery documents on the Tauriga website to enlighten its shareholders as to what is really happened here. I believe you're gonna see what dirtbags COWAN, MEYLER AND HERZOG are. Attorney Herzog should've transferred the papers immediately and he didn't.

It is very doubtful that any previous order of the court will be disturbed.

Oh by the way looks like the case is already transferred and judges are assigned. Looks like Halloween came early.

Now, when the complaint is amended it will game set and match.
