Yesterday afternoon and this morning, I've gone through the Share Exchange Agreement several times.

I came to the conclusion - "It's just a matter of time."
I'll keep my cards in this poker game.

Some on this board say $0.10 and others much higher - I hope it works out that way.
Me - I see a minimum of a 20 fold return.
