Etrade just give the news'Between October 3-31, three test groups of select small-cap securities will
begin quoting in increments of $0.05, per the SEC Tick Size Pilot Program.
As a result, E*TRADE will only accept orders for these securities in $0.05
increments. For more information on the program, please refer to the FINRA
Guidelines.'
What does is news mean? It means I can't trade pennystock below $0.05, right? I bought SFOR yesterday and how to sell?
