An update will be nice for sure. But if you really scrutinize the 8K you will see all the very many details they have spelled out they are doing to complete the transfer of PixelMags assets into the SPCL shell. I really can't think of a reason why it wouldn't go forward after all the effort put in to get to this point. PixelMags could change their mind and decide they don't want to go public any longer but why???? I know these things take time but I just don't see any of the usual or obvious stumbling blocks. Vert Capital sees this as the best way to realize a gain on their PixelMags investment and we were lucky enough they chose our little SPCL shell! IMHO
