Patents are already spoken for (sold, option to buy finalized by some sleazebag, anyone know who?), lOl...buy a company that has it's patents spoken for...???

This keeps getting repeated, yet the facts have been verified, in writing.

The MAIN patents, the ones they are suing over, are still retained by the company. There is no option outstanding on these patents.

And if they sell their lessor patents for $9,000,000 one day (which is a good thing), they still retain the rights to use those patents in their products.

These concerns have been laid to rest, yet the false info keeps getting repeated. Why is that?!

Why do you think the stock is holding a long term uptrend for this many months?! If it was all a sham, and there was no underlying value, it would have crashed a long time ago.
