I don't use PC, so I can't say that it is or isn't. But if it is, it is proof of how stupid the CEO is. Mark himself said there was not going to be any royalties. If they were going to pursue it would have been a long court battle, so they settled for the one lump sum payment. I guess he was more interested in a quick fix rather than making sure the company had long term revenue! You know kinda like selling their intellectual property.
