The Shutter stock connection is very real it seems and amazing! as they share the same physical address in New York.

It will soon become clear how all these relationships will come to fruition. I envisage a completion of the merger, name change to Pixel mag and hoping for an uplisting to the big boards where this should be valued at a minimum of 4 times the annual revenues being over $200m market cap with 18.3m shares on issue would be $13 dollars a share for starters. An exciting future indeed and hope it comes soon for all us longs.
