So why no "averages" for pennyland? No OTCBB average? No Pinky average? No index funds for IHUB-type stocks?

Over the past 15 years or so, there've been a few penny stock "funds". Not indices. They were just created by people who considered themselves savvy penny people capable of putting together a mutual fund.

They didn't work out.
