Are they making good deals with the right people?
Do they have more than one drug? Do they have more than
on IND?

Technical Anaylsis has become the OBJECT of MANIPULATORS(Market Makers)
and will not be useful UNTIL MARKET MAKERS STOP MANIPULATING THE STOCK by Shorting Momentum at the TOP and trying to freefall lesser Volume..

Tecnicals are not relelvant to the long term opportunity within the stock..
