But there was no sell-off, Twister.

The stock was trading in a range of .20 - .26 and was at .24 two days before the news was released. The news sent it past resistance at .26

The only thing that could possibly be considered a sell-off was the day the proxy came out and price dropped on higher than normal volume. It recovered the next day and traded in a range ever since that day.

In years past when price was sub .10, it would trade in a .02 - .03 range on low volume, now it trades in a .05 - .06 range at the higher price on low volume.

Price dropping a few cents on NORMAL VOLUME is in no way, shape or form a "sell-off".
