I saw the conversations on the DD Board - very interesting, and potentially relevant here as well. However, dumping of shares illegally by toxic lenders is not the topic - we are discussing share buybacks by a company that cannot legally buy back shares.

Huh? What are you trying to say - that CDNL is being shorted? And that a particular "shorter" is also a complainer here on this board?
