About zero percent chance of this merger not going through. Who would stop it? SPCL's old management is already out with seperation agreement. Pixel Holdings (80% holder of PixelMags) is basically selling the company to themselves as they are now the main benificial holders of SPCL stock (along with us existing shareholders of course). Not seeing the possible roadblock here. Read the 8K. This is about as cut and dry as it gets. The only thing up in the air is final effective date of these legal transactions.

Smart money is accumulating all they can at these low levels and are doing so by trying to create doubt about the validity of this merger agreement. This investment was unbelievably completely missed by almost everyone when it was in the trips and now many are working hard to accumulate what they still can at this new bottom entry which will still look extremely low as we inevitably pass the penney level. IMHO
