Ronnie,

With your resourceful capacity, can you run down the number what rate it is for NOK when IDCC gave them an interim concessionary rate?

The bottom line is that they previously paid by a concessionary rate, they admitted obligation. They want to hold IDCC in check with an aggreement that then they refused to adopt a rate but by allowed other dictated to them what a fair rate should be and now they wanted to arbitrate a better rate, isn't that similar to change the rule during a game? (sound familliar?)
I bet that wouldn't hold up in court!
