Here's one possible explanation for your question. I can only speak for myself however; not for others. I have talked to Marc on several occasions over the years regarding the company, what it would cost a family member to ship some Supreme Gold to our family feed lot for the cattle, etc.. However, Marc has always been very careful about what he can say or not say about the business side so as not to violate any SEC regulations. After several years, we know each other on a first name basis. He does not know that I occasionally post on iHub under this alias. I asked him once if he ever read iHub and he said he didn't have time "to read that nonsense, he was trying to build a business." So yes, he would know me on a first name basis but he wouldn't know who "righton21" is if someone asked him during a deposition because I never told him my alias....
