There is no way around a Patent infringement case that has a solid base.



example, blackberry, Microsoft lawyers knew what could happen if they went to court, blackberry wanted to be a**holes about it and they got hit with a 670 milli judgment against them, when a small company took them to court, you think Microsoft wanted to fight it knowing that strikeforce has a legitimate patent?
