What do you mean by "promote"?

To me "stock promotion" connotes nothing useful. It connotes bs news and penny pumpers to drive short term stock prices mainly for the benefit of pump and dumpers.

Building the business and increasing revenues and earning is what's paramount. The company is marketed via third party coverage, trade shows, contacts, certifications, patents, etc to increase the opportunity for new business. Businesses convey their business strategy to shareholders through share holder meetings and annual share holder reports. One thing VTSI should do in the near future is issue an annual shareholder report. They should do this as should as they become a reporting company with the SEC.

So naming new independent board members, becoming reporting, getting off the pinks, getting onto an exchange like the OTCQX (that doesn't require consolidation to make listing requirements) while continuing to build revenues and earnings will be steps that help improve the share price. Once reporting and listed on a better exchange, that's when you seek institutional coverage and financial news coverage for the company to further enhance the stock price.

We're no longer in the go-go 90's with hyped IPO's and pumped penny stocks. if you want to have sustained valuations, you have to first have all your ducks in a row
