Good news for us unit holders---see above for details.

This gives us fuller participation in Permian assets with Shell the meaningful driver behind our partner in the deal.. Were we not in the throes of last night's debate I believe the unit price would have shot upwards by 75 cents or more on this news alone.

That's OK, our time will come and we'll be the better for it.
