I know who sold the shares, my suggested question stands. I presumed you would see the point I was making.

It was a dilution dumpfest then, dropping the PPS and further eroding shareholder value. As for thinking buyers 'know what they are doing', that remains to be seen. The market is littered with pink sheet stocks that saw buyers scooping up 'bargain' shares right up to and including the end. Some even had legitimate products. Time will tell, but I won't conclude yesterday's buyers know anything (or don't, for that matter).
