BMSN. I do have a significant holding. I believe BMSN is a good hold for the long term. But I can not stop thinking that current holders must prepare for the inevitable...a R/S. No choice. Will happen.

Concern is how severe and will the post pps maintain its value.

I see no less than 1/500. Ouch. Also, once completed, will management keep their hands off introducing new shares? Will the A/S also reflect a prorate equal/tight to the split ratio?

I have gone grey waiting for BMSN to show some sign of gain. Holdings of ENTB and RGBP have not been sufficient to shore up BMSN's lagging pps. Is there no end to how long we must wait. Continued absence of earnings for all three does mean investors can expect an extension of an ever increasing use of new shares to stay alive.

The science is dear to me, but enough is not being done to bring earnings from what they know and have patents for....while human trials are their path to earnings based on trial success, the avenue ENTB offered in applying advanced beneficial techniques COULD have brought in revenue from animal (pet) beneficiaries because constraints are less restrictive and consumer demand is growing.

I am just disappointed management has not found a means of attaining operational funding other than through diluting investors value by providing an unlimited supply of new shares.
